WANT Les Essentiels offers a 14-day return window for all unused, full-priced items in their original packaging to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please note that all sale items and personalized goods are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box and ensure all tags, dust bags, and protective materials are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking number until your refund has been processed by our team.
